Cancellation policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of cancellation.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (alca mobil logistics + services gmbh, Kurzer Weg 1-5, 15859 Storkow, Germany, info@alcamobil.de, Phone: 033678 - 68 70) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement ( B. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, but this is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration on our website autoplus360.de/widerrufsformular. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
